1. Accepted Payment Methods

  • Klarna: Depending on your location, you may choose to "Pay Now" (via card or bank transfer) or "Pay Later" (installments). Please note that Klarna’s own terms and conditions apply to these transactions.

2. Currency and Additional Fees

All prices are displayed exclusive of VAT and local taxes. Please be aware of the following:

  • Import Duties & Taxes: Depending on your country’s regulations, customs duties and import fees may apply.
  • Customer Responsibility: These additional costs are beyond our control and are the sole responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery.
  • The amount paid at checkout includes the product and shipping only; it does not cover local import fees.

3. Payment Security

Your security is our priority. All payment information is handled through encrypted and secure connections (SSL). We never store sensitive payment information, such as full card numbers or bank details, in our internal systems.

4. Payment Terms

For card payments and Klarna "Pay Now," the total amount is charged at the time of purchase. For Klarna installment plans, payments are made according to the schedule you approved during checkout. Please be aware that late payments to Klarna may incur additional fees as per their policy.

5. Refunds

In the event of an approved return or claim, refunds are issued via the original payment method. Process times typically range from 5 to 10 business days. Please note that customs or import fees paid to your local authorities are non-refundable by Evirelle.
